In 2006, Hasan Meral started his engineering career and gained experience from large scale projects, such as education, sports and factory buildings, stadiums, bridges, infrastructures. After practice in the construction of industrial buildings in Turkey, Hasan Meral started to work in the steel building process of Astana Arena Stadium, M3 Bridge, Astana Ski Center, Hazret Sultan Mosque in Kazakhstan. Hasan Meral established his consulting engineering business Aksmeral Engineering Company in 2012. The engineering firm initially focused on steel construction. With the foundation of the Aksmeral, he started to consultancy to the metropolitan stadium project of Bursa that has known as ‘Timsah Arena’. The firm took part in design and construction of several newly completed building and infrastructure projects  – such as Adana Stadium, Third Bosphorus Bridge, Izmit Bay Crossing Bridge.
